What data do we collect?

We collect information that is necessary to be able to identify relevant opportunities for you and any further information that may be needed to assess your eligibility through the different stages of an executive search process.

This means that initially we collect information such as; name and contact details, job role, employer and work experience passing this onto a client requiring a new employee. Subsequently, should you be suitably qualified and interested in proceeding we collect additional information required at each stage of the recruitment process.  


How do we store your data?

Our Company securely stores your data on our database which is accessible to our consultants.

Depending on the services we perform for you will determine the length of time that we will be required to keep your data. As we often support candidates over a number of years and throughout their career this period may be on-going. We conduct regular data-cleansing activities to ensure that both the data we hold is accurate and that we are not holding it for too long a period.


Marketing

Our Company would like to send you information about employment opportunities and services of ours that we think might be relevant and suitable.
